We’re a family of four and booked a standard family room for 4 nights. It’s tucked away behind Yodabashi and it’s really nice residential area with a school. Check in was easy (but note that there is no one on reception after midnight so you would need to ring the bell. They will send all the instructions) We liked our little apartment a lot - there was a top bunk bed, plus a sofa bed under it and two separate twin beds. The room had a full sized washing / drying machine that was so easy to use. Takes about 4 hours to wash and dry clothes which was so convenient. The toilet is modern and separate from the bath. There was a kitchenette with and electric stove, a microwave, toaster, full set of plates, side plates, miso bowls, utensils, scissors, cling wrap, rice cooker, pans and a medium sized fridge with a freezer. It was nice having a small dining area for us 4. The TV is big and Smart so you can log into your YouTube and Netflix accounts (it logs you out automatically Cleaning is done every 3 days, and trash is collected outside your door on a daily basis. It’s about 3 mins walk to the Family Mart to the left of the hotel once you exit but I recommend going the opposite way to Life Supermarket - which looks upscale for a supermarket. They have amazing food and really good melon bread! It is about 12 minutes on foot to Akihabara station.

It really was a little apartment while on holiday. Having a Life supermarket 2 mins away was the best with a little kitchenette of oven and microwave. The welcome kit with candy kits and candy won my kids over from the get go. The walk to the Akhihabara JR and metro although not super near (650m) was a very pleasant peaceful walk on flat paved ground. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood but being Japan, you're never without eateries or Family marts scattered around. As we were on the second floor we could hear the passing heavy trucks and the train in the distance, but it wasn't too frequent or glaring. The staff were most helpful when an order didn't arrive. Thank goodness for them! I loved having my personal washing machine right in my bathroom. Washer and dryer in 1 or just wash and there are hangers and drying racks for drying in the bathroom. Housekeeping only comes in on the 3rd day of your stay but there's really no need for them as extras of everything from toilet rolls to cling film are all available. My daughter loved her bunk bed.

The whole experience was very good overall. I especially appreciated the great communication and kind and great staff/housekeeping. The split shower and bath was a very pleasant surprise. We all really appreciated the Royal Jelly in the shower amenities! Everything was available to cook, although our group of late 20-somethings relied more on Konbini food. The blankets were very comfortable and warm. Enough room for 3 of us to comfortably live and move around in. Very convenient location to nearby metro and a short walk to Akihabara proper. Very very satisfied!!

The Apartments are compact. However, they have used all the space with such efficiency you feel as if you have more space. Two tall adults and 2 kids was cramped but because of the extra storage under beds and unique layout it felt bigger and more useable that all the other apartments we stayed in over the 6 weeks in Tokyo. My children loved borrowing the switch and games from reception when I had to work. Staff were super helpful and gave us great clues for supermarkets and access to places.

I love that this hotel is within walking distance of multiple train stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are plenty of local restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so we never had to worry about finding food. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the in-room washing machine, which was extremely useful. Everything was spotless and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for my family of four. Highly recommended!
